All custom tiny portraits are hand-drawn with care and ship within 2-3 weeks from the order date. If you need a rush order, please contact me before purchasing, and I’ll do my best to accommodate!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each piece is custom-made just for you, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, I want you to love your tiny portrait! If you have any concerns with your order, please reach out so we can find a resolution together.

Can I request specific details in my portrait?

Yes! I love adding special details that make your tiny portrait unique. When placing your order, you’ll receive a link to my Portrait Intake Form in your order confirmation email, where you can specify any requests, and I’ll do my best to include them. If you have questions about what can be included, feel free to send me a message!

What materials do you use?

Each portrait is hand-drawn using high-quality, lightfast colored pencils on archival-grade paper to ensure it lasts for years to come. I then finish each piece with a special non-toxic fixative to add even more protection.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location, and any applicable customs fees or duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Yes! You can add a digital file to your order, which will be sent via email so you can print and share your portrait as you like.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All orders are carefully packaged, and I’d be happy to include a gift note upon request! Just let me know at checkout.

How should I care for my tiny portrait?

Your tiny portrait is hand-drawn with the highest quality, lightfast colored pencils on archival-grade paper to ensure it lasts for years to come. However, to preserve its vibrancy and prevent any possibility of fading, I recommend the following:

✔ Frame your portrait behind glass or plexiglass for added protection.
✔ Keep it out of direct sunlight to avoid prolonged UV exposure.
✔ Store in a dry environment away from excess moisture or humidity.

With proper care, your portrait will remain a beautiful keepsake for years to come!

Can I see a proof before my portrait is finalized?

I do not offer proofs, as each portrait is drawn freehand in my signature minimalist style. However, if you have specific requests, feel free to message me before ordering, and I’ll do my best to accommodate them!

Can I request a different size?

Yes! If you're looking for a larger or custom-sized piece, please send me a message to discuss options!

What kind of photos should I send?

Any photos that represent the likeness of the figures you want included in your portrait…photos that show personality or outfits or features are helpful, but don’t overthink it, just send me a handful and I’ll ask for more if I need them. Feel free to send multiple images, and I will use them as references to create your portrait.
